A passive house, built with a wooden structure, well-oriented and a skin that helps the building thermally in reducing energy consumption to air-condition the different rooms. The house is built on two floors; the ground floor includes the day area programme, with a large area for the living room-dining room-kitchen, linked to the garden with parking for two vehicles. The first floor is reserved for living at night, with two single bedrooms, a master bedroom, a full bathroom and a study with access to one of the terraces.
