The project involves a typical fishermen’s house between party walls in the municipality, with a courtyard at the back for refurbishment; for the construction of a swimming pool and a new staircase to connect the courtyard with a terrace. This intervention will give prominence to the materiality of the new and already existing elements, and enhance the relationship between the old and the new.
