The aim is to give a complete change to the use of the ground floor of this multi-occupation building. This dwelling/workshop results from the need to convert a paint workshop, in very poor condition, into an open-plan dwelling. The interior courtyard will be the heart of the project and the most important areas will be situated around it; such as a small jewellery workshop that will have its façade in the courtyard, replacing an unused party wall.
