The project focuses on the interior refurbishment of a flat located in a protected, early 20th century building in the Eixample district of Barcelona. The main action will focus on opening out the exterior areas of the flat, which are either hidden or not used. Special care will be taken to preserve the structural part of the building and enhance the decorative features of the period; providing a subtle intervention while updating the necessary features.
