Due to certain deficiencies in the ITE (building inspection), it was decided to consult the community of owners to offer them a solution and help the group of houses to reduce energy consumption. The main focus is on thermally protecting the entire building envelope (facade, party wall and roof) to help reduce energy losses. In addition, rising damp problems have been solved and the original features updated.
